
Alyssa Vu (founder/psychotherapist)
As a second-generation Vietnamese-American, Alyssa works closely with children of immigrants, focusing on adults and families facing emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as intergenerational conflicts and familial issues. Alyssa earned her Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) degree from University of Pennsylvania and Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Columbia University, honing her clinical expertise in community-based settings while collaborating with diverse populations in both the Bay Area and New York City. Her expertise centers on interventions to reduce mental health issues among immigrant parents and their children, as well as expanding support for children of immigrants.
